Managing Director
Neo Motiki – Business Development Director
Neo Motiki leads the company's strategic growth, investment partnerships, client engagement, and business development activities. He identifies renewable energy opportunities, develops strategic alliances, and expands the company's presence across Southern Africa. He also oversees the company's sales and marketing efforts, promoting renewable energy solutions to residential, commercial and industrial (C&I), and utility-scale clients.
He has a strong track record in driving sales and marketing for solar energy projects across Southern Africa, building lasting client relationships and delivering sustainable energy solutions.
BEngTech
Engineering & Technical Director
He is a Renewable Energy Engineer with over seven years of experience in the design and implementation of commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar PV projects. He holds a BTech in Mechatronics Engineering from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology and is currently completing a BSc Honours in Energy Studies at the University of Johannesburg.
He leads the Company's engineering, technical compliance, and project delivery.
Financial Director (Auditor)
Amanda Mgibi is a finance and audit professional with expertise in accounting, financial management, and corporate governance. She holds a National Diploma in Internal Auditing and a National Higher Certificate in Accountancy, with experience in financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, internal controls, and risk management.
As Financial Director, Amanda oversees the company's financial strategy, reporting, and governance. She plays a key role in ensuring financial compliance, strengthening internal controls, managing financial risks, and supporting informed business decisions that drive sustainable growth.
Engineering Director
The Engineering Director of Dunamis Gere Group (Pty) A results-driven Consulting Engineer with expertise in renewable energy project development, solar PV systems, and sustainable infrastructure.
Experienced in providing strategic engineering and technical advisory services to government, utilities, and private sector clients. Skilled in project management, regulatory compliance, and delivering innovative, cost-effective clean energy solutions that drive long-term environmental and economic value.
Operations Manager
Mothusi manages daily operations, procurement coordination, logistics, installation scheduling, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
Technical & Health Manager
Mulalo oversees technical compliance together with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) management, ensuring every project is executed safely and in accordance with industry standards.
